date of your letterI hope you will accept my letter now in reply to the ID *** as follows:THe person that filed the complaint rented a U-Haul moving truck from U-Haul and hired us "Soft Touch Movers" to load the truck with their belongings.We arrived on time to start the moveMy employee's loaded two item on the truck and went back in the house to load the sofaUpon moving the sofa from the wall area the workers seen thousands of bed bugs on the back of the sofa,upon witnessing the bed bugs my employees came to me outside and stated they would not go back into the house and explained the conditions of the homeI went in the house and witnessed what my employeessaw alsoI told the lady there would be no charge by my company "Soft Touch Mavers" and with drew from the contract to mover herMy company nor myself or employees, did not receive compensation forthis moving job.The conditions of the home were deplorable and I will not work under nor will my employees be expected to work in these type of conditionsThe individual does not owe "Soft Touch Movers" anymoney nor did I collect any money from herPer the U-Haul company the individual does owe for the truck rental which has nothing to do with my company.If you have any further questions please contact me at Soft Touch Movers 765-318-owner John P***
