Long story short, both their professional service team and their support team are crapTheir sales teams are great, howeverI've hosted my site through them for about a year and have had nothing but issuesTheir server are not secure, I've had my website infected with malwareUpon trying to correct the issue, I just get tossed between technician with no resolutionThen THEY SHUT MY SITE DOWN because they couldn't fix itReallyI would not recommendStay far away from them, they will do more harm than good

I've had a terrible experience with myhosting- which is a SoftCom brand. We had to merge our email and website to a new platform without our consent. We lost hundreds of emails and pages of our website in the process. I was promised numerous times that a representative from the company would call me back, and never did someone call me. The only communication I had from them were emails summarizing conversations I already had with them and surveys to rate their services. With the exception of one email that gave me step by step directions on what I could do to transition the account. Once they transitioned our account we lost all of our old billing information and there is no way to talk with billing directly. The lag time is often several hours if not a full business day to hear back from a billing representative. Numerous requests to speak with supervisors were denied.
