Review: I made a payment to my electric bill through one of the kiosk;s at 711 the August 7th 2015 and my payment went right through. I am on something called a power pass with my electric company and pay as I go for my electric to remain on. So when I have to make a payment it has to go right through. And the first time I used it on the 7th it did just that without a problem. Now today August 11th 2015 I did the same exact thing made a cash payment the same exact way and it is saying it is going to take till tomorrow sometime to post. That is unacceptable. I expect the same process that I used just days ago. When I called the customer service line and I use the term loosely, because really it is the same person picking up the phone every time I call. He was rude, uncaring, not even allowing me to finish my statement.. He spoke over me the entire time. And on top of that I couldn't understand a word he said, because his English was so terribly broken . How do I even know he is understanding what im saying? I am going to be calling my electric company and making them aware of the false business they are promoting as an automatic way to pay your bill. I will be calling 711 and informing them of the business practices of the people running these kiosk's. And lastly I will continue to call the Revdex.com and the company itself until I feel like something is done. I am so fed up with these businesses getting away with doing whatever they want not taking into consideration the people and families they affect. My electric will be turned off today because I was under the impression my payment would go right through. I have three children including a newborn and they will have to go without electric in the Florida heat because a company who one week does what its supposed the next week decides when they will put money through. And now that this company has messed with the welfare of my children I WILL NOT STOP!!!!!Desired Settlement: This company needs to be investigated, im pretty sure its nothing more then a man with a phone in his living room taking peoples payments. And there is absolutely nothing anyone can do about it.

Review: On April 8, 2013 a "friend" made a $75.34 payment to what he "thought was FP&L for my electric bill. He hit the "wrong" button and the payment went to Lee County Electric Co-Op. I contacted Lee Co Co-Op - they verified they (a) have ABSOLUTELY NO ACCT # EVEN CLOSE TO MINE and (b) stated that as long as someone from Softgate contacted them they would make sure the payment went to my account with FP&L (which I have had for over 30 years). TO DATE, NO PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE, I HAVE BEEN TOLD LIE AFTER LIE and I CANNOT AFFORD TO LET $75.34 JUST "GO". I am a single mother and I receive no child support. That $ needs to be credited to my Electric bill ASAP. This has gone on long enough. I contacted State of Florida, Dpt of Consumer/Financial affairs. I was "working" with a woman named [redacted]. She emailed me the other day and they (Softgate) are DENYING all of this. So, who stole my money?? I still have the receipt, I have tried calling them to talk with a supervisor (oh we don't have one on duty today??? Do they think I am stupid???). I have had enough and I now want my money returned to me. This is ridiculous.Desired Settlement: I WANT THE $75.34 CREDTIED TO MY FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT ELECTRIC BILL - IF THEY CANNOT MANAGE TO DO THAT, I WANT MY MONEY ASAP. That money would put food on my table, or go to pay another bill.

Regards,

Review: Made a payment at a kiosk at tiger market when making the payment nothing was told that it takes one business day to process. This information was only given after I given my while payment. No refund from kiosk or company. I have been out of work for three days due to my services being interrupted due to this. Called the company and they told me that no supervisor was on duty. Keep getting the run around with both companies.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to contact me to give me a refund directly not waiting until it is sent to Comcast then that company will issue refund. It should be refunded by the company in error.
