Softub Express - A Division of Pettis Pools

Good Afternoon. We received the above complaint recently and are very concerned about the customer service experience that the customer is explaining above. Unfortunately, we believe you have sent this complaint to the wrong company. The experience that Mrs*** is
referencing is not with our company, Softub Express, but with Hot Tub Express in Boynton Beach, Florida. Softub Express does not have a service center in Florida, nor would our company have ever told a customer we would not, at the very least, repair her unit. Mrs*** purchased her Softub from us over five years ago, in January of (the unit had a two year full warranty). After looking through all of our electronic and paper files, we have zero transactions with this customer since the purchase. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance. We would also like to know how the complaint will be removed from our business record. We are a customer focused, small business, whose parent company has been in business for years this month.
