Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint Regards, [redacted] Noone is acting like a child and as far as social media yes I'm not the only one big o has gotten over on plenty more bad reviews besides mine and they told me the car I was sent a letter in to do a diff service only problem with that is I bought the car in November why would I spend money like that when I just bought the car from big o and victim Yea I'm the victim here had my car been diagnosed I wouldn't be on here but I paid for big o to play the guessing game

We had a wonderful experience with Big O DodgeAt first we communicated with Josh M***, the internet manager, and when we arrived on the lot we were introduced to Mark F*We already knew what we wanted when we got there and after looking at every Dodge Ram on the lot, and a LOT of patience from Mark and Josh, we found my husbands new truckBoth, Mark and Josh, were extremely friendly, accommodating with a good sense of humorEric was very knowledgeable about the truck and spent about over minutes with us going over all the new "high tech" electronics before we left and made sure we understood everything prior to driving off the lotWe have purchased many new vehicles in the past and this was definitely the best experience we have ever hadToo many times we have purchased a vehicle and it felt like it was just a "business" deal but this time it felt more like we were dealing with a friendI would highly recommend Mark F [redacted] or Josh M [redacted] the next time you purchase a vehicle, they will not do you wrong
