A Trismart employee took advantage of a year old woman and lied to me in an attempt to entice me to update my security system from *** to Trismart/Monitronics I told Trismart/Monitronics that I was very happy with ADT Who was my security company at the time I was led to believe that Trismart/Monitronics was part of *** and that I could keep *** and this would be just an upgrade to my present security system This employee said they would even call *** and inform them of the upgrade change When in fact he was calling and canceling my *** contract When I discovered what had happened, I attempted to cancel my Trismart/Monitronics contract and was told I could cancel but I would have to pay them for the remaining contract which at the time was $2,407.68, consequently I am stuck with a $per month payment on a security system that I do not use

Stay away from this company - They never have a "LIVE" person to answer the phones especially with billing It would constantly go into voice mail and the mailbox is usually full Had problems with my alarm service they came out and still can't even fix it Do not go into business with them Go with a more reputable dealer -
