Review: Software disk was ordered on 2/23/14, order #[redacted] and paid $65 by credit card. The company claims to have shipped the order on 2/24/14 but the disk has not arrived. When I checked with the USPS using the tracking number ([redacted]) provided by the company, the USPS indicated that the item was never provided to them to ship.I have attempted several times to contact them by phone ([redacted]) and by email but there is no reply and no answer by phone, in fact the phone message does not even indicate the company's name.As of March 13th ad I have not received the order. I believe this company has stolen my money and skipped town. I would appreciate any help you could offer.Desired Settlement: The company should refund my $65 since I never received the product.

Review: I have paid for software (Windows 7 64 bit) that I have not received yet. SPT sent a USPS tracking number [redacted] which just shows that electronic information has been received from the shipper. SPT has stopped answering my emails regarding the matter and the contact phone number goes to voicemail with no one answering the call. After doing an internet search on SPT I discovered that other have had similar issues recently. I also noticed that the company started selling all types of electronics as well as pricey laptop and desktop computers. I would hate to know other people lost money to this company.Regards,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would simply like to receive the software I paid for, or get the money that I spent returned to me.

Review: I purchased windows XP operating system that was never delivered. I also purchased a windows 7 operating system that had a bad activation code that didn't work. I called and got through once and they said they would send me a new XP disc, that never happened. I have called multiple times since and left messages with no response.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the discs I paid for with working activation codes

Review: ordered 3 copies of software from them and was sent 1 copy but charged for all 3.I have made multiple attempts via e-mail, phone messaging(won't answer) and thru their web site messaging system to try and resolve the issue they will not return any my attempts to contact them to correct this issue.Desired Settlement: I just want the other 2 copies I ordered, either that or a full refund and will return the only copy they sent that is still unopened.

Review: I purchased software from this company. I received an email indicating the package had shipped together with a USPS tracking number. However, when I checked with USPS I discovered that the packaged was never received. I contacted the company on the website and left voice messages. I eventually received an email saying the product would be delivered in 2 days. When I didn't receive the product after two days, I contacted the company again and was again told I would receive the product in two days. I'm tired of this runaround and at this point just want my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund.
