I am an American living overseasAfter ordering online a so-called hearing restorer recipe , Software Projects customer service sent me an e-mail saying the card was "suspicious" and wanted a scan of my credit card and driver's licenseAfter submitting that they sent another e-mail saying they didn't get the scan and to send it againI didn't and went offlineWhen I went back online to check e-mails I saw my bank had alerted me to seven large purchases made within minutes on my card and they blocked the cardIt was obvious to me Software Projects took my card information and went on a spending spreeFortunately I wasn't responsible for the charges and the bank will issue me a new card laterSoftware Projects is running this hearing restorer e-mail in many of my online contacts information e-mails

Company texted me claiming I had ordered somethingI have never heard of them and have ordered nothing in the last weeksThey use an answering service who does not even know what hours someone may be reached to solve the problem Answering service is neither useful nor helpful I am not a customerI do not know how they got my number, so I suspect some sort of scam may be going on

Although I felt that the product I purchased was not up-to-par, the Customer Service I received from Jason (who is from the UK) was beyond excellent!! He was helpful and a delight to talk with.

This is one Company with alot of integrityThey promptly refunded my monies on a product not suitable for meThey are easy to reach (even on a Sunday) and are dedicated to pleasing the customerSeems to meI would recommend this Company to anyone!
