Review: I purchased Microsoft Office 2013 Professional in Dec/2014. It was working fine until I had to refresh my PC. After the refresh was completed, the Office Pro 2013 disappeared. I tried contacting Microsoft tech support and they told me that since it was purchased from a reseller, they could not help me, even though it was their product. I have a major project that must be finish and now I do not have access to anything. I would like to have my money refunded or someone to help me to re-install the product. I tried calling the company, number not in surface. Tried to access it online and company's webpage expired.Desired Settlement: To offer refunds and/or re-install issues since the product key is a volume license.

Review: I tried to purchase Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Student from Software Supply Source. Instead they upgraded my order to Microsoft Office 2013 Professional for no extra cost. They gave me a Product Key which did not work. The website is now shut down, so I have not been able to discuss the problem with anyone at Software Supply Source. Parts of the Office Suite do not work without activation. Now, I cannot fully use this product.I selected Software Supply Source from [redacted].com. They had high reviews.Desired Settlement: I would like either a refund for the Microsoft Office 2013 Professional, or a working Product Key.

Microsoft has notified me recently that this is not a registry key issued by them, that I have been sold an invalid product.

The website goes nowhere. I wish to have my money refunded.
