We found the separate charge. The order was not charged twice. There were two orders placed. One by S[redacted].comby [redacted] order # [redacted] and the other by [redacted] by [redacted] order # [redacted]. Both were placed the same day and fulfilled.

We only have one charge from the customer. I have attached an image of the charge and search result. If there was a different name or email address used then provide that information so we can look to see if the customer was charged twice.
