Hello, We have received this letter from Revdex.com regarding of an buyer purchase from us. The buyer return the item back to us without letting us know as we always issue an return label to the buyer if buyer would like to return. Buyer just sent us an message regarding the package was return and would...

like an full refund item + shipping = $20.98 total + buyer would like us to paid for there shipping cost. We are not responsible for your shipping cost that you paid outside. You would need to use our own shipping label it will be provide to you if you require to return or contact us. However we have also response to the buyer message that we are happy to replace the item for you. We have issue an full refund back to the buyer of amount $20.76.
