Account sent to collections without any notification
On May 6, I was notified by a credit alert that the Highlands of Alexander Point account was sent to collectionsAfter calling the collection agency I discover that the apartment complex applied multiple charges to my account and failed to ever notify me by mail, email or phone prior to sending the account to collectionsThe collection agency went through the charges with me and advised that the apartment complex charged me for 1) extra days of rent - two extra days and on of those days approved by rental manager, 2) utilities , and 3)hole in the wall
I am disputing each charge due to multiple (at least 4) attempts in contacting them to resolve any final business shortly after movingNever received a call back from anyone after leaving multiple messages or a letter of charges sent to the address left to them upon moving
