411 Locals are bonafide scam artists and they prey on small businesses. DO NOT fall prey to their lies and underlying fine print they conveniently don't tell you when attempting to draw you in. They promise you that they'll get your business on the first page of [redacted] and get your business more customers, what they don't tell you is that the process will take at least SIX MONTHS! They draw you in saying you can sign up and it'll only cost you $1.00, little do you realize until it's too late that as soon as you sign up and that dollar is taken, you're on the hook for $150, and $150 every month after that. So it really is going to cost almost $1000 to get on [redacted] first page, AFTER six months. Your money is better spent on a subscription to [redacted] or a tutorial website spending six months to learn about internet SEOs and how to get on the first page of Search results, and do it yourself than have these thiefs do it for you! They don't do anything no regular Joe cannot do himself.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I have paid for this website for 3-4 months for my business, and the website was fine, but it didn't generate any additional business for my company. After 3-4 months of testing the benefit of having a website for my business in addition to the other advertising I've already done, I've received no additional business from the website. As a result, I see no reason to continue paying $100/month ($1200/year) for advertising that isn't generating income for my company. The problem comes when I called to try to cancel the account with 411Locals. I spent over 30 minutes on the phone trying to cancel while the customer service representative refused to cancel the account and instead pitched marketing and advertising alternatives to me the entire time. Worst of all, I missed business calls from new customers that found me through other advertising avenues while on the phone trying repeatedly to get the account canceled. It's to the point that I ne

In Sept 2014, we signed up with 411Locals because they convinced us that they had a great program for our company. We liked what we heard and signed up, however, we never received anything on paper. We were told that it would take a while to get the services up and running so we continued to pay their monthly fee. After several months we saw nothing from 411locals. We began submitting cancellation requests via phone and email; no response. We have actually submitted 5 separate cancellation requests but still no response; they just keep charging us. The only time we've heard from them was because our credit card changed and they could not continue to charge our card. We kindly gave them our new card number with the understanding that we would pay one last time for Dec 2015 but that no further charges would be made. We were also told several days ago that someone from 411Locals would be calling us to process the cancellation. No response.

I started working with 411 Locals a little over three months ago. I have to be honest, I was hesitant at first to work with an online marketing company as I had heard horror stories of people being taken advantage of, spending money on false promises, ect. After the first week or so, I was having trouble trying to determine the look of my website and was growing concerned about whether or not I had made a mistake. I expressed my concerns with their tech team via email and that same day I was contacted by LaJeune [redacted] a marketing consultant for 411 locals. Ms. [redacted] assured me that she would personally be working with me one on one to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with my website and the marketing services that 411 locals has to offer. I was new to what SEO providers do, then I did business with 411 LOCALS, after investing $1800.00, and continually being lied to about what I was supposed to get that never surfaced. They removed my internet content which I paid for with $200 a month monthly payments. Since then I've learned it's very important to do vast research prior to hiring an SEO provider. I would advise anyone not to use 411 LOCALS , they will lie & scam you to keep getting your money, and they take back the content you pay for, it's basically THEFT!

Very poor quality product. They just take stuff off your existing website and reproduce it much worse. They also charge a lot and make it impossible to cancel the account. The sals reps were very pushy. I would not recommend them.

We have great experience and success working with 411 Locals. During the period of new website development and SEO process, they proved to be great professionals. Of course, during the process, there were questions, explanations, and clarifications - as in every new online project - but I am judging by the final results.
They have promised me a new, fresh website with relevant content, pictures, videos and so on. The project was completed successfully and on time. My clients gave a positive feedback about the new website - mainly on the navigation. They found the navigation to be more customer-friendly and intuitive.
The second reason I am truly recommending 411 Locals is the Search engine optimization. To be honest, I did not believe that they can move my website from 3rd to 1st Google page. But they did this is in just a couple of months.
And that is why I would like to rate them 5+ stars because of the achieved results - visible and measurable. Just a pleasure to work with them

It's a scam. Stay away.

This "company" fraudulently obtained my non-English speaking partners credit card information under false pretence: pretending that they are 411. As in the directly and advertising company "411."

They withdrew funds without any permission or written consent. To a point where our bank has taken it upon itself to investigate them for fraudulent activity. They also produced no work. Though, this shouldn't surprise anyone.

I'm since reported them to the authorities for the way in which they illegally obtained personal information by presenting themselves as "411." It's a good thing the call was recorded. I'll be forwarding this to BBA as well.

Stay away from these guys. They are vultures who pry on those who are not tech savvy or learned. All of these reviews are trying to tell you something: and you should listen.

I have asked many times to cancel my service with them. I tell them I am unhappy with the performance and they refuse to listen. I have never been so frustrated with a company I have paid money to. It was easy for me to work with 411 Locals. This online advertising agency created for me a brand new site and content for my business. They managed to place the site on google first page, which is very important for my local enterprise. Their customer representatives were enough explanatory. I am just ok to work with them once again.

411 Locals customer service is pretty helpful. Those web guys ensured for me an adwords campaign that was hassle free. I was impressed by the opportunity to be in touch with them via Skype. The adwords campaign was and still is a great asset for my business. I already have traceable results. Actually, I am working as a freelance property agent. Happy with the monthly reports they are sending me - the figures are easy to understanding. Furthermore, they nailed my site on the first google page, and before that, helped me choose the most relevant keywords for my business keywords. I find the customer surveys provided by 411 Locals as very friendly. I am just very delighted because of the complex service, good price and friendly attitude.

First off let me start by saying this company is a huge scam. I hired them to build me a "website" to find out I'm paying for keywords. I could have done this through Google. They have not kept up on their end of having my so called 5 start website up and running with in 59 business days. Here we are a month later and only receive calls to remind me that I have a payment coming up. No calls to let me know my site and everything is up and running. They take an initial start up fee DO NOT DALL FOR IT. IT IS A WASTE OF $195.00. This company is a scam and they don't even have US citizens working and calling. They are definitely hired out of the US and can barely speak English lol. If I was able to let anyone know looking to do business with this company I would more than recommend you spend a little more money and go with a reputable company. I was ready to cancel my service because it just wasn't what I thought. It wasn't misrepresented to me or anything, it just wasn't what I thought. Then I got a call from my account manager [redacted] She set up a new listing for me to go with the one I already had and she made sure that both my websites turned out perfectly.
