In Sept 2014, we signed up with 411Locals because they convinced us that they had a great program for our company We liked what we heard and signed up, however, we never received anything on paperWe were told that it would take a while to get the services up and running so we continued to pay their monthly fee After several months we saw nothing from 411localsWe began submitting cancellation requests via phone and email; no responseWe have actually submitted separate cancellation requests but still no response; they just keep charging usThe only time we've heard from them was because our credit card changed and they could not continue to charge our cardWe kindly gave them our new card number with the understanding that we would pay one last time for Dec but that no further charges would be madeWe were also told several days ago that someone from 411Locals would be calling us to process the cancellationNo response

I was new to what SEO providers do, then I did business with LOCALS, after investing $1800.00, and continually being lied to about what I was supposed to get that never surfacedThey removed my internet content which I paid for with $a month monthly paymentsSince then I've learned it's very important to do vast research prior to hiring an SEO providerI would advise anyone not to use LOCALS , they will lie & scam you to keep getting your money, and they take back the content you pay for, it's basically THEFT!

It was a long research, before I chose locals as the company that will create my new websiteLocals is located in Vegas, I am in Texas, however the distance was not a problemFor me it was a pleasure to deal with the customer support guysThere was an intensive correspondence in order for all details to be clarified and after that it was a hassle free process
However, I am not writing this review for Locals because the process was a hassle free oneWith other companies you can receive the sameThe reason is not even the website with its unique vision, content, video and soI am more than happy that my newly developed website was nailed on the top of the first google pageWith no doubts this boosted the requests I am receiving from potential clients and from current clients tooI do hope my review will be in great help to anybody that is looking for a new web site and first google page placement

This "company" fraudulently obtained my non-English speaking partners credit card information under pretence: pretending that they are As in the directly and advertising company "411."
They withdrew funds without any permission or written consentTo a point where our bank has taken it upon itself to investigate them for fraudulent activityThey also produced no workThough, this shouldn't surprise anyone
I'm since reported them to the authorities for the way in which they illegally obtained personal information by presenting themselves as "411." It's a good thing the call was recordedI'll be forwarding this to BBA as well
Stay away from these guysThey are vultures who pry on those who are not tech savvy or learnedAll of these reviews are trying to tell you something: and you should listen

Locals are bonafide scam artists and they prey on small businessesDO NOT fall prey to their lies and underlying fine print they conveniently don't tell you when attempting to draw you inThey promise you that they'll get your business on the first page of *** and get your business more customers, what they don't tell you is that the process will take at least SIX MONTHS! They draw you in saying you can sign up and it'll only cost you $1.00, little do you realize until it's too late that as soon as you sign up and that dollar is taken, you're on the hook for $150, and $every month after thatSo it really is going to cost almost $to get on *** first page, AFTER six monthsYour money is better spent on a subscription to *** or a tutorial website spending six months to learn about internet SEOs and how to get on the first page of Search results, and do it yourself than have these thiefs do it for you! They don't do anything no regular Joe cannot do himself

*A duplicate facebook account (created by an locals) exists for our business We can not get this account deleted in order to use our correct business Facebook account that we have access to

Absolutely no benefit received advertising with this companyWe have asked them to take anything they put up, downA YEAR AGO and still not done
