In Sept 2014, we signed up with 411Locals because they convinced us that they had a great program for our company We liked what we heard and signed up, however, we never received anything on paperWe were told that it would take a while to get the services up and running so we continued to pay their monthly fee After several months we saw nothing from 411localsWe began submitting cancellation requests via phone and email; no responseWe have actually submitted separate cancellation requests but still no response; they just keep charging usThe only time we've heard from them was because our credit card changed and they could not continue to charge our cardWe kindly gave them our new card number with the understanding that we would pay one last time for Dec but that no further charges would be madeWe were also told several days ago that someone from 411Locals would be calling us to process the cancellationNo response

It was easy for me to work with LocalsThis online advertising agency created for me a brand new site and content for my businessThey managed to place the site on google first page, which is very important for my local enterpriseTheir customer representatives were enough explanatoryI am just ok to work with them once again

I was ready to cancel my service because it just wasn't what I thoughtIt wasn't misrepresented to me or anything, it just wasn't what I thoughtThen I got a call from my account manager [redacted] She set up a new listing for me to go with the one I already had and she made sure that both my websites turned out perfectlyI am happy beyond happyI felt really well taken care ofI could tell she actually cared that my requests got handledThanks [redacted] **!!!!!
Very poor quality productThey just take stuff off your existing website and reproduce it much worseThey also charge a lot and make it impossible to cancel the accountThe sals reps were very pushyI would not recommend them
