hairdresser didn't process the hair correct.  I did NOT at any time state that they were selling fake hair.  I stated to her that the item that I bought could/might be fake. I gave her a picture of the bleach and the volume.  My hairdresser is very competent and has been doing hair for MANY years.  The wording in their response needs to reflect this...otherwise, I will keep this complaint open.

Yes, I have. However, I have received not very nice text messages from the lady bashing my hairdresser.
