Sohungry

This is an online restaurant ordering system that I believe may be operating a financial *** When I ordered from my local pizza restaurant, the site said that it was unable to charge my credit card (no reason given there was no problem with the card). So when the food arrived, I paid cash to the driver. However, the next day, I noticed that I was in fact charged by SoHungry $33.33 for the food. The restaurant told me to call SoHungry I did, "***" acknowledged that I was due for a refund and promised it would come within 14 days (which is pretty outrageous, since it should have been instantaneous). Since then, no refund, no response to my on-line contact request, and now no one answers the phone.
