I received an invoice from Soil Solutions on 7/18/18 for a radon test and a sewer scope. I have called multiple times over the past two weeks to speak with the project manager associated with this invoice. The sewer scope was not completed and I should not be charged for this service that was not completed. I agree to pay for the radon test that was completed, but I would like an updated invoice showing that I do not owe Soil Solutions for a sewer scope that was not completed. I have used the company multiple times in the past few months and have paid all my previous invoices in a very timely manner.
The disputed charges on invoice 47039 in the amount of $125.00 were removed by Soil Solutions on August 3, 2018. We apologize for any confusion concerning the charges and for the delay in having this matter resolved. *** is a valued, repeat client who has always paid her invoices to Soil Solutions on time. Again, this matter has been resolved and we apologize for any confusion.
