[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It fails to address the fact that ** [redacted] designed the incorrect reinforcement for the rear wall He now agrees the rear wall was displaced at the base at the time the work was done and that the wall is still moving inwards at the base The carbon fiber straps do not stabilize the base of the wall The wall should have been reinforced with steel struts, as the right wall was in the area where it was displaced at the base ** [redacted] keeps referring to the fact that his report recommended removing the clay from around the house, but this same report says all four walls need to be reinforced The rear wall has only been partially reinforced Yes, it's my choice whether I have the clay backfill removed, but I already paid to have the walls reinforced, and that's the issue here By the way, this is the first I've ever heard from ** [redacted] about using rebar to reinforce the rear wall; I'm not sure why he mentions it As I already said, he used steel struts for the right wall that had the same problem Regards, [redacted]
