This company is the worst! If you're a day late they call you none stop! We are very good at paying all our bills but sometimes you forget things and pay stuff late, They are very harassing and even threatened to garnish our wagesI go to school, work and have a baby to look after and can't answer their calls, my husband works all day too and it's ridiculous how much they call you and harass youI do not recommend them and will never get financed by them againThey don't care about working with people they are just horrible bill collectors

You know what, They have been good to me. My credit went to st after my business failed. And they looked at my bank statements over the course of two years, Avg account balance in that Acct is normally 25-40k. Biz account. But its been a hard year so they went off of that and my word on a modest 10k loan. on a 14k truck. I am always 5 days late give or take. Because my book keeping sucks. And I pay the late fees. They have a GPS on all their cars so they can recover their investment if need be. They have always treated me with respect that I showed them. So I don't understand what everyone else's issues are they are in the Biz. of making money and they given me the wiggle room to get back on my feet. SO I feel I owe them a thank you.

Let me start by saying this...I understand that people need financing for vehicles, but NEVER EVER use this JOKE of a company. If you are 3 days late Martha calls and tells you to clean your car out because Claudia is coming to get it.

Right now, Sol Acceptance is holding my license plates and current registration "hostage" because they think (and they are NEVER wrong) they don't have my updated address. I have filed a complaint with the Orange County Sheriff Department, Orange Police Dept, and The Irvine Police Dept letting them know what Sol is doing. Martha calls my job 2 and 3 times every other day if NOT every day. I have told her more than 25 times that I'm not allowed to receive personal phone calls at work. She lies to my co-workers (she tells them that she's a patient of ours and that I left her messages to call me. I don't even speak to patients), she tells my co-workers "Well if she would pay her bills on time I wouldn't be calling." Eventually my employer will terminate me and then I will have no way to pay my loan. Martha promised to switch my due date on my loan and after 6 months, I'm still waiting for it to be done. Martha and Claudia are disgusting, vile, unethical, lying bill collectors.

Dear [redacted],After reviewing your account, we do show that the title has already been released and mailed to the mailing address that we have on file for you. Is there anyone else that could have possibly gotten your mail by mistake?We also reviewed the account for any messages left or notes...

about missed phone calls and don't see any information showing that, so we are sorry about that.We do apologize that you haven't received your title yet and hope that it is received soon but if by 3/10/2018 it is still not received, please call our office and we can verify that no changes have been made or attempted and get a Lien Satisfied out to you.

I would not recommend this place. I've financed over a dozen cars in my entire life somewhere else until I finance my car here. These people treat you like you are a felon and that's exactly what they do. If you are late for five days, they will call your ten times per day. If you don't answer, they will call all your references and then discuss your loan with them in detail. They tell your references what car, how much you are paying per month, how much is the loan, when you financed it, how many more months left for the loan, etc. So when you call Sol Scceptance and ask them about it, they lie to their teeth especially that girl name Debbie. I encourage everyone to not to finance to this place your vehicle from this place. You will be treated like a mob. I will report them to the Business Bureau for sure.

I am dissatisfied customer that they ask to call them and inform them of changes to help out if needed however they only say they are right and the customer is worng. if a payment is late they will not work with the customer to make 2 partial payments and they do not refi they said its not store policy to refi after a year they dont refi at all after a year of leasing the vechile they threated when your payment has to be in by they say one thing then then they change it they are unprofessional. they call after business hours or if you tell them when not to call they call 2 xs in a row. I work nights and my husband work days so we are unable to call them and answerd their calls. I sleep during days my husband work days. So we had to block them since they have refused to work with Us.

I have never once been hung up on while trying to resolve a matter. And apparently I was hung up on by the "account manager" because when I called back and asked to speak with a manager they sent me right back to her. This is place is truly ridiculous and rude as hell. I've worked in customer service all my life and never once have I experienced this. I hope and will try to find a way to let abruptness know how rude you guys are.

Review: First of all I just want to state that this place is very unprofessional. I've had a vehicle loan with them for as long as they have been around, my original loan was actually not even through this company it was through "MCA Finance" and without any notice our loan was changed from one company to another. Then once the change was made it was worse than ever, the calls wouldn't stop coming when I had 3-5 days till my payment was due they would start calling all my personal references and harassing my wife. I understand that is a job for a bill collector to do, but the matter in which the go about it is very unprofessional, asking if I can even "afford my car?" Really? Also telling us that we "better have it cleaned out" because they were coming to get it.. "[redacted]" is one of the worst people at this company. Very rude and unprofessional, not to mention someone who is supposedly in a leadership position "[redacted]" which when she answered the phone at first refused to identify herself then when asked if she was in charge her reply to me was "uhh sometimes" and then laughed. She obviously was in no position to handle the situation and began to argue with me, trying to defend her incompetent employee. When asked for supervisors name and phone number she began to get more rude and not try resolve the matter. I told her that it did not need to get personal and she replied that it did. That that is the way they deal with their clients. Being from a customer service background I know this is not the way to handle things. If you have clients that are seeking someone in charge there should be someone there than can handle these situations. I have had nothing but problems with this company, they run it like it's they're own personal finance company and do not know how to be professionals. This has been going on as long as they have been a company I'm sure I'm not the only one that has fallen victim to them. Never have I ever been so disrespected in my life. No one deserves that.Desired Settlement: The outcome that I am looking for is no more than them being more professional, and stopping the harassment. For them to look at it more like a business and not as a personal vendetta towards their customers. For there to be some leadership on the office...

Review: Today I called and spoke with [redacted]. And, I asked for a payoff balance on the vehicle I'm paying on. She stated, " I can't give you this information because you owe us late fee(s) on the vehicle. I expressed to her, in the number of years driving that was unheard of. I continued to explain to her every finance can and will give you a payoff balance if requested by the purchaser after they have been properly ID. She stated, we can't do this it's not in our policies. And, I have requested to have my payment due dates moved, and she stated we can't do this without a letter. And it's our policy. And then, I asked for a copy of there policy which I know if I asked for them they need to send me a copy and highlight the areas of questions. This too has been refused. [redacted] refused me to speak with anyone else, and hesitated in giving me the owners name. She states it's [redacted]. How true this is, I don't know. I need help![redacted] RNDesired Settlement: Proper training of their employees with Laws. And copy of their policies as requested.
