I am rejecting this response because: Damage caused by the water leak to my master bedroom ceiling must still be repaired. I am waiting for a heavy rain to occur in order to verify that there is no further water leak in my roof. Once I have determined no further water leakage after a heavy rain, my master bedroom ceiling can be repaired

On 2/14/we received a call from Mr*** that he had a leak in his master bedroom, we dispatched one of our workers on 2/15/to make the repairs. On 3/6/we received another call from Mr*** that his master bedroom was leaking again, we dispatched one of our workers on 3/8/
to make the repairs

We will wait for Mr. [redacted] to contact us regarding his ceiling.
