We could not find an active leak last time but will perform another water test. Roof is out of warranty; however, we will work with them to get a repair made ASAP. Please contact [redacted] at [redacted].

I am rejecting this response because:The outstanding items have still not all been addressed.  Damaged gutters front and back need replacing, damaged gas grill due to debris and the chimney cap replacement per contract.  Appreciate the crew that arrived yesterday and did complete the patio roofing as originally contracted.  One thing that is disturbing is that when Beldon was contracted to replace the roofing I was led to believe that it would be a Beldon employed crew and not be sub-contracts  that would be performing the work but after seeing the poor quality and disregard to my property with trash and materials thrown about it was apparent and confirmed that the original crew was in fact sub contracts and not Beldon employees.  I would not have selected Beldon had this information been provided upfront as I was basing my decision on Beldon's reputation of doing quality work and being a local family owned company for some many years.  I expected much more than this. I have attached some pictures of the mess and materials thrown about the yard during the re-roofing (it's reason I still find nails everywhere), damage to the gutters and gas grill scratched and dented from falling materials.  Hopefully we can get the remaining items closed off and move forward, I may willing to let you complete this and trust you will be contacting me to resolve.

We have been coordinating dates with Mr. [redacted] and it's our understanding that everything is scheduled.

It is our understanding that everything was completed to the customer's satisfaction. The only pending item is the grill. Johnny is following up with the customer. Once we receive a copy of the receipt for the grill, we will issue a credit.
