Customer was spoken to on 11/1/has already been explained the refund policy and agreed that he would write a letter and agreed to have the policy suspended till his current contract runs out or buys another vehicle to transfer the remainder of the service contract to that vehicleThe previous vehicle he bought had some serious issues that were pre exisiting and that is way he traded it in he told usThis matter should not be listed as a complaint since he was taken care of.Thanks,

Dear client and Revdex.com, I would like to extend my apology for the misunderstanding around my policy with insuranceI do not take or work with insurance, and the type of receipt that client is requesting is beyond my realm of practiceInsurance companies require complicated documentation
for receipts, and I am not equipped to perform this type of documentation. My policy around insurance is clearly stated on my websiteI communicated my policy with client in our initial phone conversation in October, as well as via email with client on December 16th, 2016. While we met for out of the sessions, we did not complete the 6th and final sessionIn my email to client on December 16th, I wrote that I would happily refund the final session, and stated again that I do not work with insuranceHowever, client did not respond to this email. On Friday February 17th, client and I met in person to clarify my insurance policy, and recently resent the original PayPal Receipt that client received from PayPal on October 26thDuring our meeting on Friday, I refunded client for the final session. I feel like I have done the best that I can to resolve this matter, and again I am very sorry for the misunderstanding

I am rejecting this response because: I am requesting a formal receipt.  It has not been provided.  It is my understanding that there should be no issues with receiving a receipt that includes all the following information: Business name and contact information, what the charges are for, date of payment, amount of payment, who the charges are for, what was paid and her signature.

I am rejecting this response because:  I have requested a formal receipt.  The receipt now provided is nothing more that a copy of the fact I sent her money.  There is a big difference between not wanting to work with insurance (I have some parties that will not deal with insurance, but they still provide me with receipts so I can) and not having the training/skills to provide a formal receipt.  After attending a face to face meeting at her request on Feb. 17, 2017, she stated several things that have concerned me (and a bystander that over heard the conversation).  She has not provided any evidence that she is a registered dietitian (RD) other than just her statement, and I walked away from the conversation with the feeling she is still under or needing supervision to practice as a RD. I also was unable to find a business license for her or her business for Portland, Oregon where she is doing business.
