Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseThe last time I tried to resolve this issue,(over a year ago ) I was told that these "glasses" would be ready, to come to the original location and when I showed up, I was inform at the front desk that in fact this business was in fact not in business and that you just leftI do not believe that you in fact have the glasses and if you have finally managed to produce them, why on earth would I have to pay more money(fees) for your ineffective dealings with you own clientele? No, I do not wish to be inconvenienced by having to travel to this other location, which is not the original location I came to( which was never offered to me as an option by the way) This is the reason that I am just asking for a refundI no longer have any trust in this business, so I cannot "pay" another dime tot his business until I see"proof" that the glasses even exist and that I should not be any further troubled by this situation Thank you, [redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

[redacted] was seen in our office on She used her insurance to help pay for her eye exam and her new glassesThere were certain copays that she had to payWe went over all of the costs, she agreed to them and we made her glassesShe made payments before we could start the work.This is a custom made job and no refunds can be made There were signs in the office and the receiptWe contacted her when her glasses arrived by email and have the history of emails in our files that she received these noticesWe tried several times by phone and email to arrange a time for [redacted] to come to the office to pick up her glassesShe has a balance due and never came to our office to pick up her glassesWe are now in September of Her glasses are in our office and we have made another attempt for her to pick up the glasses without any responseWe have offices and one of them had a flood so we are seeing patients at the other offic eBoth offices are close to each otherWe offered to mail them with insurance and signature required if she did not want to come to the office, but there would be a charge for thatWe have paid for the glasses and [redacted] has not paid her balanceWe help our patients and if they need to have something changed we do our best to do it for them within a reasonable amount of time after the purchase, which we tell our patients is monthThis is years laterThank you

I do not believe this company anymore. I had to go to the Revdex.com just to get a response from this business on this matter. I have email correspondence as well and phone conversations....again, this business is unprofessional and now I think you are trying to cheat me. You could have produced those glasses way back when I started asking for them. This is why I do not believe this business.I saw glasses in a picture. I just do not believe you have my glasses.   I just want a refund.

I am forwarding you a picture of the glasses with the original document from the lab from 2011. You can see [redacted]'s name is on the document. I will forward the emails now. We have also called her many times too so those communications will not be in the emails. We can ship her glasses to her without a charge if she likes but she does have a balance due on the glasses. Please let me know what the next step will be to close this case. thank you for your help. [redacted]

Review: I went to Sol Optometry to buy a new pair of glasses. I hand a eye exam, I paid money for the glasses. I never received the glasses. I tried on multiple occasions to contact this business to receive the glasses or the money back to no avail. I physically went to the business and was told that this business is no longer in operation at this address. It has been over two years and I think that the time has come for this business to just refund the money received for these glasses because it is obvious that they do not have the product.Desired Settlement: I would just like a refund.
