Bought this product for wart removal. With shipping & handling, I paid $76.94 for a small container. This product did not work as advertised. Received a safety/ recall email about this product from the FDA and contacted the company about a refund. Filled out the required paperwork and sent the product back to them. They sent me an email about receiving the product and stated that there would be a delay in the refund and to be patient. It was returned September of 2014 and I have not heard from them again. No one is answering the calls I make to the company. Recall for product, no refund receivedReceived recall notice from company. was given form to fill in and return product and I complied. At first they communicated then they stopped. kept getting pushed off saying they were waiting for government approval. its been well over a year and I sent back product with application, receipt of purchase, and still have not received full refund AS PROMISED!all I want is my money back as told. they kept saying voluntary, but if FDA recommends recall, I adhere to that, and just want my money back, tax included.Desired Settlementmy money returned as promisedFinal Consumer Response business has responded still refusing to offer recall refund. they advised to contact where I bought it from, and the merchant advises to contact this company. so no resolution to refunding my money.

Complaint mail comes back "Undeliverable - Moved With No Forwarding Address"I tried their product; it dod not work for me so I was trying to advantage of their 60 day refund policy. I sent my package back with the RMA # I personally had to call to get and a week later my package comes back stating it was "Undeliverable." I went back to their website - conformed it was the correct address and sent it back out again asking the Post Master in Nevada to verify. A week later the package came back again stating "Moved with NO Forwarding Address." So, I guess I've been scammed twice - product and refund.Desired SettlementI want them to honor their refund policy and honor the fact that I have sent it within the allotted time. We have emailed customer and requested order information and shipping address they submitted return to and will be happy to submit a full refund for their purchase including any additional shipping charges they incurred.
