I have been corresponding with Mrs*** for several weeks I am sorry that it took so long to get her go karts operational a few months ago Much of the time was waiting on parts from the manufacturerI have contacted the manufacturer of the Go Kart who handles the warranty to
see if they would exchange or refund the bikes as she requested Unfortunately, they would not They did promise to expedite any parts that were needed to speed up any future repairsOn our end, I have made arrangements to service both Go Karts at the same time while the customer waits Provided no parts need to be ordered, we plan to have Mrs*** in and out very quickly and avoid her having to make two trips to our dealership
I apologize for any delay the first repair took I was not aware that it took weeks to get the parts in and get it repairedI have given Mrs*** my direct contact information if there is ever a delay in getting her parts or service in the future I will personally contact the manufacturer and do everything in my power to get these parts to her sooner and the repair completed
We will also give Mrs*** a free oil change, adjustment, inspection, and tuon both Karts for her inconvenience when they arrive
