Solar is selected for cost, recommendations and sales presentation Got off to a rocky start as salesman failed to keep in contact as promised to coordinate dates/times Good guy but, personal issues left us hanging HOWEVER, the owner [redacted] and the on site project lead Hayes Noell stepped up to the plate and our panel/KWA system with two watt attic fans and a variable speed pool pump was installed and up and running Mr [redacted] is a man of his word and made this project possible for a good outcome; Hayes Noell is a real professional and extremely knowledgeable Bottomline-off the grid in StPetersburg thanks to Solar
I submitted a reviewe on August 10, but it appears as negative versus positive in error Solar was great to work with and our installation went exceptionally well Removal and replacement of a new system went as planned and was completed in the expected timeframe I will certainly recommend Solar to others looking for solar needs
My experience with Solar was one of the worst experiences I have ever hadThe customer service and communication was lacking and at times hostile The actual installation looks like it was done properly and passed inspection unfortunately that was the only good point in this project
They are supposed to deliver a water heater however despite repeated requests they have not given any timeline on when that will happen
