The issue from more than a year ago was the two defective inverters or solar panels not the monitoring system that reported the failure.The monitoring system failed later on and after it was re-program by their technician is working again, but what they are refusing to do from the beginning is repair/replace the two under producing solar panel.The technicians that inspected the system always agree that there's something wrong with the panels and that fact was even acknowledge by *** *** in his email response on October 2016Content of the email response from Solar on October they opened a case with Solaredge. However, they’re saying it is not the inverters but the panelsThey will have a technician back out to gather the details of the panels so they can submit a warranty claim to Solarworld. I replay back to them on the 29, and so far I got nothing from them

To Whom it May Concern,   Although Solar 360 only warranties workmanship and labor, not product, we have replaced the 2 solar panels in question at the customer's request due to the extreme delay by the manufacturer in requesting replacement under warranty. In the event of product failure, it is required to file a warranty claim with the manufacturer and wait for replacement of product. The customer should note that any future product warranty claims will need to follow this procedure. Thank you,[redacted]Manager of Sales Support and Operations

Over a month ago, Solar 360 replaced his monitoring system and everything is working normal. Please let me know if you need any additional information. Thank you.

Review: Solar 360 designed a solar system for our home and provided us their projections (using our past and current electrical usage) that was the deciding factor in purchasing this solar system. Their projections stated that we would have a cumulative yearly payment to the electric company of $362. However, our currrent cumulative to the electric company is currently at $1,163 which is a discrepancy of 424% off Solar 360s projections. Therefore, we are paying more than $100/month more on our electricity bill with this solar system as compared to before we had a solar system. We have made numerous attempts requesting that Solar 360 troubleshoot the issue since we are way off their projections. Up until now, Solar 360 has made no real attempts in troubleshooting nor providing any resolution.Desired Settlement: We understand that projections are projections. That there will be slight variances. However, 424% discrepancy is not even close to acceptable. We would like Solar 360 to truly troubleshoot and fix any issues so that they provide us the solar system that was agreed upon based on their projections (up to even a 20% variance from their projections.) This installation has not benefited us in anyway. After putting in Solar with Solar 360 after about 1 year we owe a total of $1,163.69 to SCE in addition to paying our new solar loan.
