Ms. [redacted]Good morning, [redacted],I want to follow up to your Revdex.com letter to my company regarding [redacted]. I have cc’d Ms. [redacted] on this reply, too.First, I will say that I completely understand [redacted]’s frustration. We have been playing “telephone tag” back and forth but in the aggregate, she has called more and the ball is undoubtedly in my court.To her direct complaint regarding paying for the cancellation fee to her old company, I have said in the past that I will pay her cancellation fee to her old electric company. Sounds like that amount is $300 from the letter so I will get that to her as I agreed. This is our standard practice – if a customer has to pay a fee to leave an old REP that does not credit for excess solar energy generation, we pay that fee for them to move to a proper one.But I do want all to know that the office number ([redacted]) and my direct business line ([redacted]) remain operational. There has never been a lapse that might prevent communication. I have attached a screenshot of my cell phone history log with a missed call from [redacted] and a sent but not received call out to Ms. [redacted]. I also want to ensure that everyone knows that the contract for this system is for 22 modules and that is what [redacted] paid for. I have attached a copy of that contract. I don’t want any misunderstanding that 30 may have been contracted for.I have also attached a copy of the online web-based monitoring that is up and operational for this system.[redacted]Owner, Solar CenTex[redacted]
