I believe the customer purchased a film brand that we do not carry anymore being that it was purchased in We now only offer 3M films which we've always carried, but offered other options as either cheaper alternatives in the pastI believe the customer chose either a Llumar, Madico, or Huper
Optik brand of film, which we do not carry anymoreAll are good films with a lifetime warranty, but the customer needs to contact whichever film company he chose and find out where the closest authorized dealer is locatedAs long as they are a authorized dealer, they will do the work at no cost to the customerThere is a phone number on the warranty card attached to the invoiceI explained all of this to the customer and even offered him a free removal ($20) and gave him a $discount off of our highest end 3M Crystalline film if he wanted to go with a 3M film this timeHe can also chose a cheaper 3M Color Stable film that's $+ tax, or 3M FX-35% for $+ TaxOn our invoice it does say AS LONG AS YOU OWN YOUR VEHICLE, but it also has a FILM TYPE section and it's for that particular brand of filmIf he needs our help locating a dealer for that brand of film, just let us know and we can assist him in locating one, or he can chose to pay for one of the 3M film choices that we offerWe will still not charge the customer for removal of the front two doors as a kind gestureIf there's any other questions, please let us knowThank you!Solar Control, Inc.228-***

They told me when I was there that, I would stand NO chance of having  another company honor that warranty on the film because the other company did not install the film.I sent you me invoice and it states as long as I own the truck.What would happen if they stopped selling this film a month after my installation They would be clear and not responsible for any bubbles or peeling // Look, they told me this job would take one half hour from start to finish not alot of time.In a small town like ocean springs you would think they would want to keep up a good costumer relations.It seems to me they want to make all there money for the replacement film and installation costs.I might go for labor cost for the job if they pitched in  the film.They seem to have not budged  one inch on what they first told me when I went there.I ever gave this company alot of money to put film on my home windows.I am sorry I did business with this company. thanks for all your help. [redacted] in Gulfport, MS. is the local Huper Optik Dealer. Their phone number is 228-[redacted]. He offers that film and should honor the warranty 100%. If he doesn't, than you might want to report him to Huper Optik USA and to Revdex.com. We didn't chose to stop being a Huper Optik Dealer. Huper Optik decided themselves in 2009 to make [redacted] the only Huper Optik dealer, since they knew we were already a 3M dealer. We even tried to convince Huper Optik, to let us keep ordering film just in case one of our past customers have warranty issues and they denied us. They told us to send all past customers to [redacted] for all warranty work. This is 100% not our fault. I hope they can help with your situation.
