Good Morning,Hope all is wellI have attached the payment for the funds in question that was sent via *** Priority Mail to *** Five College Federal Credit Union that initially funded the projectI alerted the bank to the payment applied to Mr*** ***' loan. There was a miscommunication
between the Sales Department and the Accounting Department. I was told that Mr*** *** was working on his home that winter and that the installation would be pushed to the spring. When Mr*** ***' wife called on Friday morning - 02/23/18, I began the process of issuing a refund to the bank. Mr*** *** came into the office shortly after I had received the voicemail. I informed him at that time that there was a clear miscommunication between departments and that the payment was already in process. I apologized for the inconvenience and that I would be sending the payment on Monday morning and would email him a copy of the check and tracking information to the bank. On Monday and Tuesday I was home due to illness. On Wednesday, I emailed Mr*** *** early in the morning telling him of the situation and I would followup with the copy of the check as soon as I had it signed. I also called him and explained the reason for my delay. I spoke with Mr*** *** around 2:00pm and confirmed he had received the copy of the check and tracking number. I once again apologized for the miscommunication between Solar Five and the *** ***. We take great pride in offering a great service to our customers

Dear Sir / Madam*** *** COMPLAINT:Solar Five had received their refund prior to their complaint to Revdex.com.When a customer signs to order a solar system from Solar Five, it is clearly explained to every customer that they have a day window to change their mind and cancelMr *** *** did not do this.Once that window closes, Solar Five, in good faith, does a considerable amount of work on the installationAudit of the site, design of the system, engineering certification, town permitting applications, scheduling of equipment and installation labor, liaison with the financial institution chosen by the customer etcWe estimate over $6,has been spent on this customer prior to his decision to request to cancel.Solar Five decided to refund the customer, even though we had no obligation to, as he was claiming hardship.Regards,*** ***

Hello,We responded to the user and we were able to recover half of the user's lost Shazams & provided them in an excel sheetUnfortunately, we were unable to recover the other half of the Shazams since they weren't connected to the user's accountWe informed the user about this

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Shazam Entertainment Limited regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
they were only able to recover half the songs I had. I had over tags and they only recovered close to 2000. Also,
the way they recovered them was not back in the app, they had to send it to me it in an Excel sheet. I was very disappointed, I lost years worth of saved tags.

I will not remove my complaint until I see that check  applied towards my loan. Most of the excuses in their e-mail do not match my version of the story. I struggled with them for almost 2 months trying to resolve a simple situation. Nothing can compensate  for the time we spent and the stress they caused to me and to my husband.  Solar Five employees have serious issues fulfilling their promises. They really ruined their reputation.
