We worked for Jason & Bob from Solar One as electrical subcontractors and they have not paid us for the services we have providedWe are local electricians from Mount ProspectWe had been hired by Jason (the owner of the company) times already as subcontractorsJason uses different names for his company - Solar One, Clean Energy but the address is the same: *** *** *** ** Waupaca, WI he uses also different phone number that he associates with company called Clean Energy 715-*** but this is the same owner Jason J***Each time we helped him with the electrical connection of the solar system he had been installingLast time we worked for Jason over months ago and he has not paid for the services we providedThere was no issues with the installation or disputesJason told us multiple times that he will send us the payment and never didNow he does not answer his phone and disregards all his emailsI would like to inform other potential subcontractors to be careful about doing business with Jason because he might not pay them either
Our solar panel purchase and installation was, for the most part, a pleasant experience. Yes, the panels are outstanding and they are doing exactly what we understood they would do. We are very satisfied with the workmanship of the installers, one of which was the owner of the company. He answered all of our questions and we were certain we were making a knowledgeable decision. Thank you for that. On the other hand, the experience with the office staff was not up to the same caliber of efficiency and accuracy as the install was. There were long gaps of time between our contact with the office and getting an answer. A week was not unusual. Our "manual" that was delivered after install did not have the correct detail sheets in it, therefore delaying our selling of our SREC's. And can we say type-o's. From the company's letterhead to the quote and even in the email sent to ask us for a review. The letterhead is still incorrect. The office staff just made our very positive experience with the owner/installers a bit difficult to recommend the company.

They have been an enormous help in getting the Permit form my Village , Installing the System, Getting us Interconnected with ComEd and also setting up with the Net Metering account with ComEd.
They have also helped me establish the SRECTrade account where I am
able to sell my SRECs that my system produces.
In other words all the above would have just been a Dream for more years to come without SOLAR ONE LLC.
I am deciding to have another project built by them so that I could cover the Driveway and the Garage with Solar panels which will add more KWH to my existing production and eventually get me a $0.00/month Bill.
My electric bill has gone from $250.00/month prior to $50.00/month.
Now that is Going Green !!
