Solar Power Professionals Reviews (%countItem)

We would like for Solar Power Pros to finish work on our home which still doesn't have a working solar power system.
This started in April 2017 were Solar Power Pros were contracted to install solar panels on my home. They did take the necessary steps to install said solar panels but after the initial setup they stopped contact with me. A few months passed and we thought it had to do with city regulations and whatnot but nothing happened. So I decided to contact PG&E to see what was going on regarding my solar power system. They told me that our solar power system wasn't even connected to their grid and that I had to contact my solar power contractor. I contacted solar power pros multiple times with no help at all with constant back and forth responses and many times resulting in no response/action from them. I have emailed them regarding our situation and what PG&E had told me but I get no answers and no working solar power.

Desired Outcome

I honestly just need help having Solar Power Pros finish what they started which is having those solar panels working. They have just been sitting there for almost three years doing nothing. I didn't know what to do until someone told me to contact the Revdex.com

I WAS TOLD MY SOLAR PANELS WERE ON AND WORKING.
A YEAR LATER A GOT HUGE BILL FROM ELECTRICITY COMPANY.PANELS WERE NEVER TURN ONE.
please see attachment
I kept records of ever call, text that I had with this company.
this is a letter that typed in the effort to get this issue address but I never head back from the company

Desired Outcome

i was told by Solar Power professional representative (***) that i would never get a bill from PG&E company. when in fact a get a yearly bill every July (true up bill) the first year i got billed *** later to fine out that solar panels were NEVER ON. I was lied i was lied to. i told the solar up and running. i would like a refund for the amount i was billed from electric company for the year that i was lied when i was told the solar panels were on and working.first year bill was in the amount of *** after the first year my bills have been *** i would like to get *** plus compensation for all the STRESS and financial damage that this has cause my family. my husband and i decided to get solar panel installed in the effort to Save money i have not yet seen any kind of saving.

Our solar panels, installed Jan.22, 2019 and turned on Mar.12, 2019 have never generated one kw of power.
Our solar system of 11 panels was purchased on Nov 7, 2018, for *** The panels were installed and inspected by the city and by MID. They were switched on Mar.12, 2019. The very next day I emailed ***, owner of Solar Power Professionals, to request the company set up an account with SolarEdge so we could monitor the system and know how it was doing. That request was repeated by email or text on Apr 9 and June 5. No response from the company. I called our power company, Modesto Irrigation Didstrict, as our electric bills continued as usual. A technician from MID came on June 6th and verified that the system was not generating any solar power. I called *** to report this and he said someone would come out on June 11th. I had to be away that day, so he said someone would come on June 14. At 3:30 a technician from All Premium Contractors said he was running late but we would be first on the list Monday. On Monday, two technicians came at 3:30 pm and checked the inverter unit. They replaced some things in the inverter, but it still wasn't working. They installed a monitoring device. They said they were going on vacation, but someone would get the system running. On June 18, *** from APC called and said she couldn't get anyone to come until next week. She had me talk to Project Manager, ***. He asked me to take a photo of the SolarEdge panel window and send it to him. When he got it, he agreed it was not showing any power being generated. I called on June 26 as no one had come yet. *** project manager, called back and said he couldn't get anyone out here until later this week or next but *** would call a day ahead so we would know when to expect them. On June 27th, I sent a detailed email to *** documenting the detail as described above. On July 10th and July 12 I called All Premium Contractors and left messages, but received no return calls. It's been 4 months since the system was turn on and it is still not working. We continue to pay a monthly payment for the solar system and our full electricity bills. We just want the system fixed.

Desired Outcome

1. Resolution of the solar panels not generating power 2. A working monitoring system so we can know how much power is being generated. 3. Reimbursement of our electricity bills since March, about *** at this time. 4. Reimbursement of *** x 4 *** our loan payments for the system during the time the system has not been working.

Do NOT do business with Solar Power Professionals. They are far from being a professional company! They do not follow through with setting up the structures we've provided them for their customers or with final payments due.

The installation of the solar electricity panel box is not within Turlock Irrigation District Safety Standards and needs to be installed correctly.
Installation of 14 solar panels model number ***. The sale Representative was *** and the price was ***. Panels were installed around March 2017. My sister, ***, co-owner of the house contacted *** to find out why the electric bill was so high if we have the solar powere system. *** who is TID Solar Representative explained to us that the solar panel electricity panel box was not installed correctly and is not within TID safety standards. Therefore, the nos needs to be installed properly in order for TID to connect power to solar panel box.

Desired Outcome

I want solar power professionals to come to my home and set up the solar electricity panel box correctly, so *** Company can connect the power to solar panels box. *** Representative *** stated that she had also attempted to contact Solar Power Pros but did not get an answer. If you have questions please call my sister *** at ***. She will be the best contact since my English is limited. Thank you

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
A Solar Power Professional Representative called on 10/09/3018 and left a message requesting to call back. I called the Solar Power Representative on 10/10/2018. *** the Solar Power Professional Representative asked for the opportunity to solve the issue. He asked which day out of the week works best for us. I explained to him that a Saturday would be the best day. He stated that he was going to check with his technician and find out if the technician would be available on a Saturday. I am still waiting for a response on this.

to complete the work 1 mth ago. Do not show up. the job is not finished. no response to phone calls or email.
Solar panels on roof not hooked up. Failed numerous inspections. Ignores all contact. Salesman is only person to respond and no longer works for company due to poor business practices. Liable for $*** worth of solar equipment on my roof that I cannot use.

Desired Outcome

Want the system up and running. Either complete the work or pay another company to finish it. Pay all electric bills from April 10 until job is done. Short of that, loss of license and jail time for fraud.

Customer Response • Jun 07, 2018

They did finally pass city inspection. Said I needed to sign off on the job so they could schedule switchover with my electric company. I did so on May 21. I'm still waiting for the solar panel system to be turned on as of June 2nd, for a system that was to be completed by April 11, according to my contract.
