Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I am the person who still has the same complaint that has not been rectified, or even contacted by the business for that matterMy complaint number is ID [redacted] .I submitted Revdex.com original complaint on 6-15-and also emailed the business on 6-18-15, to this date 7-3-I have heard nothing from anyone in the business, typical from the complaintsNo permits have been sent to me that they said they did and filedNo HOA drawings and permits have been completed or filed with my HOANone of my original signed invoices have been attached or returned to meAnd they have failed to contact me in any way possibleThis is unsatisfactory for a business.Sincerely, [redacted]

[redacted] [redacted] Hello Lorie, I have been working with Mr [redacted] concerning the complaint listed above I emailed all requested documentation, minus the HOA drawings, which I did not have on hand at the time Shortly after, I spoke with Mr [redacted] and we agreed on a courtesy discount of $4650.00, to bring the balance due to $10, Once the agreement was reached, he stated that he no longer wanted the HOA drawings I have attached the documents emailed to the customer, along with an updated invoice to show the balance due per our agreement Please let me know if there is anything else you may need Sincerely, Michelle ***-G [redacted]

We have since talked with the customer and found a past discrepancy in our accounting records The account in questions has been marked Paid In Full and the customer has been sent a Paid in Full invoice

Our office manager has talked with the customer and has made arrangements to email and send requested documentation to the customer Customer has agreed to work with her to provide any costs incurred outside of the original contracts We will then work with the customer to discount and/or arrange payment to the satisfaction of everyone involved

As a company, we are going to work with this customer to provide paperwork requested, along with any other requests.  To date, we show that his permits were closed as of 2013 and will be contacting him to discuss this further.
