my experience with solar smart living did not start of as good as I had hoped. Everything went well until a few things in our contract were still not fulfilled. I was to wait a couple weeks for my contract to be 100% complete. After a month and no word on when it would be done,I made a phone call to the owner of the company. He turned out yo be a very nice person and very apologetic for what happened. All the employees were. basically something fell threw the cracks. Solar smart living came out and fixed it the next day.it started a bit shaky ,but now I. Very satisfied and happy. .

Ms. Bustamante was very knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to exclaim the process and benefits. Customer service from sales representative and instalation crew was excellent. I haven't had any issues with the equipment very happy with their product and services. Unfortunately I can't say the same thing about the finance part. The way that the finance Co. (***) Figures out the interst is very bad, I completely lost 6 or 7 months worth to interest until I decided to pay it off in full.

Since solar panel were installed Two months ago my Electricity bill Increased instead of going down

I had my solar system With battery back installed about 5 years ago, as back up for El Paso Electric grid. 3 weeks ago we had a fire at our service pole cutting us off from the grid. We have had occasional need of the solar system over the years for short outages the longest has been for 3 hours prior to June 22. I have been without grid power for 17 days as of today and my solar system has keep all my food cold, water well pump running and A/C during the day while my electrician tried to figure out what was wrong with the power from the pole. Javier and Oscar from Solar Smart came out to help test all the Electrical wires In the second week even though they were not responsible for the installation of the new electrical pole... they are the ones that actually figured out what was wrong with another electricians work and helped me get back on the grid. Their system worked flawlessly and I am very happy I had made the investment in my solar system. I now know a lot more about living off grid having done it for the past 2 weeks... And my system did the job it was designed to do. The Solar Smart Team cared about my system and worked hard to get me back on line even though it was not their responsibility. I have recommended them to my friends and recommend anyone reading this to install A Solar Smart systems. They have stayed involved years after the install and have provided quick support when needed
