compaired with pictures provided by the manufacturerThe manufacturer does not state any particular type of blocks that need to be used, as long as it is within a specific weight requirement, which the installed blocks meetThe install has met building permit codes and inspection from the cityBut seems like his neighbor convinced him otherwiseI will try and reach out to him again to schedule a time go back on site to evaluate the situation again

A site visit has been scheduled with the customer to go over the install in person. If the customer is not happy with the workmanship we will correct any errors. If the customer is not happy with the product, we will remove the system at no cost or penalties and each person can go their own way.
