Mr. [redacted], brought this to our attention months after his installation was already complete. His installation was complete on May 25, 2015 and he informed us of his gutter damage on 8/26/2015. In reviewing the pictures taken before, during, and after installation there were no signs of gutter...

damage. The damage was not noted by the homeowner nor in any of our pictures but rather by a third party service company that was working on an unrelated matter. Nonetheless, when he informed our Company of the damage on 8/26/2015, we replied with an email on 8/28/2015 that the matter was being reviewed internally and that within a "week or two" someone would be out at his property to view the damage. We scheduled a site technician to view his property on 9/11/2015 and called Mr. [redacted] twice, leaving a voice message each time informing him that we were coming out to his property. Once on the site, we took numerous pictures and were constantly harassed by Mr. [redacted] and a roofing contractor that he had on site. Nonetheless, our site technician did his job which was to take pictures and document the damage so that our company could correct any mistake we might have made. Although it did not seem like the issue was caused by our company because the bend was not protruding inward as would be caused by a ladder but rather outward as if someone stepped in the gutter (a practice any of our professionals would never do) we still have taken it upon ourselves to fix the issue and keep a happy customer. We informed Mr. [redacted], who has been very rude to our internal staff for no reason than to be a belligerent individual, about what our findings have detailed and that we would hire a licensed, bonded gutter company to come and replace the gutter. This matter is only 2 weeks old at this point and we are handling it in a very professional manner. We have informed Mr. [redacted] of every step and action we have taken and are currently working on his issue. We anticipate having his gutter repaired or replaced as necessary within a few short weeks as the third party gutter company's schedule permits. Mr. [redacted] has always been quick to pull the proverbial trigger and did the same here when he filed a Revdex.com complaint without listening to our voice messages or reading our countless emails. Nonetheless, this matter is being handled and there has been no issue with his production or functioning of his system, which is outperforming all expectations.

This problem has been resolved. Please see attached email from Mr. [redacted]. As a Topps Member, we value Mr. [redacted] and have been servicing every one of his requests. The delay in communication was  a result of the contractor that Mr. [redacted] recommended to us. But like we said, this issue has been resolved and there should not be a complaint filed. Our company has been nothing but hospitable and courteous to Mr. [redacted] - as we are with all of our customers.

Entire process was excellent and very professional.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have been waiting over 3.5 weeks now with many broken promises to come out and have the gutter fixed. I was told that the company Solar Topps issued a Purchase order to would be out a couple of time and they never showed up or called to schedule an appointment.The gutters on my new home were installed in February 2015 and no one has been on my roof except Solar Topps since the new home was accepted. When I called Solar Topps to inform them about this problem they said that the owner was traveling overseas and would be back in 3 weeks and that they would address it at that time. This company has been difficult to deal with and will not listen when you try to explain things to them, they just talk right over you and not let you finish with you questions.I must say that their installation crew was very professional and hard working and answered many questions I had about the Solar Panels, they were quick and cleaned up after themselves before they left. We are going on the 3.5 week and still no new gutter despite the fact that Solar Topps said that it would be completed and that they issued a PO but I have yet to hear from any contractors.

This solar company is wonderful to deal with. Everybody from top to bottom is very knowledgable and willing to bend backwards to help. Our experience with them has been excellent and would recommend this solar installer with absolutely no reservations. Neil the ownner and engineer will make sure that everything goes according to plans. Our system has been running for one year now and we are totally satisfied. The technical staff is first rate.

I was experiencing a "glitch" in my system which [redacted] installed approx. 2 yrs ago. He was very helpful in resolving our problem and I was very satisfied with his performance/help. I would recommend your company and product to any inquiries I may receive.

Solar Topps installed our solar 3 years ago. It is wonderful. The sales people and the installers were very professional and informative. This week we thought we had a problem with our solar and Solar Topps sent a technician out to our home and inspected our equipment. No problems were found and guess what they never charged us. That is great customer service. We are snow birds and since the installation of our solar, we have never had a power bill. We just pay the $18.54 monthly service charge. Solar WORKS!!!!Give Solar Topps a call. You will be Happy!

I called Solar Topps as my monitoring device to my computers no longer worked. The "office staff" were very very helpful (even helped me with my other computer problems) and on Monday the Technicians "[redacted] and [redacted] (nickname)" came out and showed me what they were going to do to repair the problem. I was amazed with their professionalism and the work was done completely to my satisfaction - GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH!!

We recently lost the power to our solar system. The company that sold us our system is no longer in business. With a reference from a neighbor I called Solar Topps who came out and fixed my problem. They were extremely helpful and I would recommend them to anyone needing solar services.

First class customer service from initial contact through installation from Solar Topps. Always kept informed of timeline. High performance standards, workmanship and follow-up.

Review: Solar Topps installed my solar array and when they did the ladder they were using to get up on the roof bent my roof gutter in 2 place and caused a bow in the gutter. It is now rusting and will need to be replaced. I called [redacted] about 3 weeks ago at Solar Topp's and she said they would be out the following week to fix, well they never showed up or called to let me know they were not coming!Desired Settlement: I want the gutter replaced since it is now rusting. This is a brand new home since February 2015

I recently had a consumption meter installed on my Solar System by Solar Topps which will allow me to pick the optimum time to run high consumption equipment such as our pool heater. The installation was installed on a timely basis and the technician did a very professional looking job. Solar Topps installed our roof top Solar
system last year and we have had no issues at all with the system. Our system has created enough credit with APS that we have not had to pay a bill for the last 4 months.

[redacted] and his crew did a great job installing and configuring our solar. Solar Topps was called in to fix another companies installation which was completely a mess. They explained what had to be done and what steps necessary to fix our problems. Solar Topps gave me updates all along the process and met my every requirement. I would definitely recommend Solar Topps as they did excellent work and are very professional in every aspect.

We received quotes from 4 solar companies and selected
Solar Topps because of the generous company discount that the others did not offer. They were easy to work with and quick to respond to our questions and concerns. Our service went online 2 years ago and the solar power generated has covered the entire cost of our electric use since then. We live on a golf course and in less than a year we had 3 broken panels from golf [redacted]. Solar Topps replaced all 14 panels on our patio cover with panels from a different manufacturer. None have been broken since then. Hopefully, it is due to stronger glass on the panels and not just luck. I would use their business again.

Very Professional from start to finish. Very responsive to all requests.

We worked with Solar Topps staff almost 2 years ago in the purchase and installation of our roof top solar system. They were by far the most competitive solar supplier for price and system quality. And we have been enjoying the benefits of out solar system for about 20 months. But what has made them stand out is the responsiveness and service they have provided. We are very pleased with Solar Topps and would highly recommend they be given a chance to be of service to others who are interested in roof top solar systems.

My install experience can only be expressed as a "5 Star" event.
My crew is comprised of top notch persons and they are: Jacob M[redacted] "Electrician" , Ruben N[redacted] "Lead" and James C[redacted] "Roofer".
Each performed to the best of their ability and were extremely professional, the job was done promptly and efficiently.
I was totally satisfied with Solar Topps and I will definitely share my experience with all that might be looking for Solar Power System.
SunPower Systems are the best in solar technology.
