They have not paid me for all my srecs and when I called our rep several times he says some one will be calling me. It's been months no one calls.
Need them to contact me to solve problem regarding my Steve payments
Money owed for srecs not correct and no one calls to resolve the problem.

I just had my solar panels turned on. I am very pleased working with Solar Wolf. They are very professional and know their product. Their crew members are just as professional as the front office and care about their work they are doing. I asked a few questions as the system was being installed and turned on. Each employee was able to answer my questions and made it easy to understand exactly what I needed to know.

Company sold Solar Panels with promise that National Grid evergy bill would be $0, Tax Credits would pay for Panels for 10 years, none of it was true.
Solar Wolf Inc sales representative Peter *** sold me and my wife on Solar Panels for our home. His sales pitch was that the Panels would generate enough energy to make our Electricity Bill from National Grid $0. He analyzed our energy bill, and sold us an amount of Panels that should have also been future proofed for using more energy down the line.
I was supposed to recieve Tax Credits of around $10,000 for the cost of the panels, to give to Solar Wolf to make my payments around $160/month for 20 years. I was also supposed to get a Quarterly Stipend from the state of $480. So, the pitch was National Grid bill would be $0, Quarterly Stipend for 10 years would cover the costs of the panels for 10 years, making my energy bill for the next 10 years $0. After the Stipends were over, I would pay the $160/month for 10 more years. Once payed off, I would be back to a $0 energy cost.
It has been almost 2 years since installation. Attempts to contact the company have resulted in runarounds on contacting anyone except them for the issues. I only got around $2700 in tax credits, not $10000 as promised. My National Grid bill has not gone down at all, I'm still paying over $100/month, and the Panels are now $210/month, and not $160 as agreed.
Everything told to me was a Lie. I'm convinced that this is Tax fraud, since everything I was told was supposed to be a tax credit from the state.
Solar Wolf refuses to help me with anything, saying this person isn't an employee, yet their business card has their logo, and they came to us saying they represented the company.
The company also needed to install a new Circuit Breaker panel in my home while adding the panels, and parts of my home have no electricity, and once again, no one is willing to help me. So they also damaged my home.
All I want is what I was promised, or my money back and this deal null and void, because I was 100% lied to the whole time.
I either want the deal they promised me, which is a $0 National Grid bill for the rest of my life like they promised, My Bill to be paid for for 10 years like they promised, the tax credit for the panels like I was promised. That means $0 National Grid bill for LIFE, $0 bill from Solar Wolf for the next 10 years, then I'll pay them what I was told I would pay, $160 for 10 years, then back to no bill from them. Or I want every cent they took from me back, and to discontinue charging me for the panels. They can even come and take the panels off the damn house if they want to, I don't want them anymore. I want this nightmare removed from my life.
We signed a contract back in October 2019 to have solar panels installed. There in but no meter to date.
We had to make 100's of calls to get them to finish the job to no avail.
Contact the electric company to install the reverse meter and start producing power

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your concerns. Solar Wolf Energy looks forward to becoming better through communicating with both our clients and clients of our sales partners. On your particular install SWE was contracted to do the installation of your solar array using our licensed electricians and tradesmen by a separate sales company. The company in this case was Sunquote. The sales company that took charge of the interconnection. The issue that comes from this is that the corp that pulls the interconnection is solely in charge of getting that executed. Although we did the physical work, we were not privy to access this. We agree the time to get this done was unacceptable. The cost is a paltry $175 for interconnection and should have been taken care of as soon as we had this installed in middle of January. As you can imagine SWE no longer has an arrangement with solar sales companies in which we cannot control the whole process including this interconnection process. We had sent numerous requests on your behalf to get this simple process squared away. On behalf of Solar Wolf Energy we apologize for the delay in receiving your meter for your system. We look forward to fulfilling your warranty with our work however in a direct manner with our own staff members. Thank you W family

My review is long overdue, but I wanted to have at least two years of experience before I submit an honest and fact based opinion. A review of a solar provider/installer is not just about the contract and installation process. It is also about how helpful they are and remain after the installers leave and the customers is left with their new solar roofs. It has turned out, however, that I did not have to wait this long to give Solar Wolf Energy (SWE) a good review - two years after the installation they are still the stellar company I learned them to be at the beginning. There are still there when I need them, responsive as ever, work days and weekends too. I have had two problem over the two years, both related to SolarEdge energy reporting. In both cases a rep from SWE was on the case immediately after I reported the problem and was able to resolve it with SolarEdge in matter of days. No energy lost. That is how you know you are in good hands!
Taking it from the beginning, I have nothing with high praise for SWF and all the reps I worked with. I interviewed around 8 solar providers when we decided to go solar. SWF was simply the past. Nate from SWF was very knowledgeable and flexible. We were able to design the project around my needs and expectation. On top of that, Nate gave me a great price the other providers had hard time to beat (and only one was willing to). We chose the purchase option, which suited us the best. SWF then handled all necessary permits. The work started in about three of four weeks if I remember. Installation was completed in a little over two days - all of 24 panels and all electrical work. By the way, the electrical work was impressive; very neatly installed conduits, nearly consoled. A few days after the installation we were up and running and saving. And we have been saving since then. Good job, SWF! I have no problem whatsoever with recommending you to anyone who wants to have their solar roof installed.

Never did I think I would consider solar energy as option. Sure from the media and advertising going solar, going green was the wave of the future. Then by chance I let Solar Wolf Energy pitch me a solar plan for my home.... It was awesome. I gave them some basic info on my electric usage and we met to break down the deal. They were professional, honest, and direct. The Wolf team that came to my house had everything laid out for us, including Google map views of our house and what it would look like with solar. I was sold basically on the spot. The team kept me apprised of everything that was going on from paperwork to installation to closing. The insalation team was on point and even took the time to go over their process as it went a long. I'm my opinion there is only one team for your solar project. That team is Solar Wolf Energy.

I was skeptical about going solar after reading all the horror stories out there, but I was tired of all my high electrical bills. Ted, Taylor and the rest the Solar Wolf team did an unbelievable job of educating me on solar and its benefits. The tax incentives and savings on my monthly bill were clearly outlined. I was kept informed through every step of the process and had all my questions answered promptly. The installation crew was completely professional and worked efficiently to get my project done much faster than I could have imagined. It took only a few weeks from the time I signed the papers to the day my house was up and running. For me, service and quality backed by an unbelievable warranty is what sold me on Solar Wolf.

At first I was a bit suspicious of them since they solicited us at our home, but every step of the way they have been professional and have gone out of their way to accommodate us. They installed exactly as they promised. We required a new roof and the folks they subcontracted with did a great job. They are not the absolute cheapest, but probably the best value for your money. In the end we got very high quality components for a good price. It's been two weeks with solar and so far so good!

This company stands out in so many ways. The transparency Solar Wolf provides to its customers is unlike the others. From the first phone call to Solar Wolf with our interest in learning about solar and what system we could and should have, we knew they were the company we would go with.
Every single employee of the Solar Wolf team was very professional and polite. Solar Wolf stands behind their work and it shows. There was never a time that my phone call or email went unnoticed and without a quick response!
Our main communication was with Mary as she would come to our home in person to obtain and drop off any paperwork needed. However we also were able to have contact with the CEO, Ted! What company does that!?
Our system, which included a *** inverter with 29 panels, went up without any issues and we’ve been making power ever since.

The two men that installed the panels were super friendly and very hard-working. It was a pleasure having them here. Mary helped coordinate inspections in the end, and everything came together very well. We are so glad we went with this company!
