As a previous vendor of Solar Adjustable Patio Cover, LLC, we have been let down by their product engineering, owner support, and product explanations of their designsI would not recommend this product and have since switched manufacturersThe new product we receive is cheaper, packaged more carefully, labeled more clearly, comes with installation drawings and instructions, and more importantly, showcases the true design flaws in Solara's productMany of the design features are simply sub-par to other manufacture'sThis becomes incredibly clear when placed side by side with competitor's On a second note: The owner, Nadav Razon, is hardly ever in contact with his stafcording to the staffHe is the one "with all the answers" when things go wrong, but he is never available to customers or staffWhen asked, the staff say " he is on travel" or " he is currently out of the country"Weeks, sometimes 4-weeks, goes by before a simple or lines email reply is sent
