Solara at Mill Avenue

I have been living in Solora at Mill since Jan 2016. Unfortunately it's an ongoing problem that office staff doesn't answer phone calls, call back, or reply to emails. The a/c is NEVER working at full capacity which has made my recent move to AZ unbearable. A few times the a/c goes out for a few hours up to a full day. Luckily those times people have come out to take a look. On the other hand whenever I address the issue to office staff that my a/c's power tends to fluctuate they say that without more people coming forward to complain they can't look into it. At one point before summer was in full swing the complex had an issue where the a/c wasn't switched on and we only had a heater to work with on days that were only growing hotter. At that point flyers were sent out by fellow residents to call the apartment management group and ask to have it switched on. I recently bumped into a neighbor from another building and asked if he's had the same issues. He said Solora has been playing these games for years and he's had to install his own a/c units. I don't know when this will end.
