Review: This medical supply office contacted me today from the Imperial Beach office. When they asked for me, I simply asked who was calling. I was within my right to know who was calling me! She stated her name was [redacted] from Solara medical supply. She then told me to hold. I waited for 10 minutes and she never came back. I hung up and redialed the phone number and a [redacted] answered the phone. When I explained to her what happened, she hung up the phone. I then redial the phone number for a 3rd time and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was placed on hold while they tried to locate a supervisor. A male came on the phone from the Imperial Beach office. I explained to him what happened. He proceeded to ask for my information and told me why they were calling. He then wanted to transfer my call to [redacted] who apparently was handling my referral. I told him that I preferred not to be transferred back to her since she did not know what she was doing. If she called me and placed me on hold for 10 minutes, then hung up on me apparently she was clueless. He HUNG up on me too!!!

Customer service is key to keeping customers. Apparently I was going to be a new customer and they did not want my service. This company is very rude and just seems to feel that it is okay to hang up on their customers!Desired Settlement: I would like for each individual to know that I have filed a complaint and I would also like an apology from them. What they did was totally uncalled for. These 3 individuals apparently need to go back for customer training.....they must have missed that section!!!

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY OUT HERE. IT IS SURPRISING TO KNOW THAT THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND THE BUSINESS RECORDING DOES NOT SOUND PROFESSIONAL. TO ME, IT SEEMS LIKE THIS "BUSINESS" IS OPERATING OUT OF AN OLD GARAGE WITH SEVERAL INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES. THE NEVER CONTACTED MY DOCTOR'S OFFICE FOR A PRESCRIPTION FOR SUPPLIES AND I WENT SEVERAL WEEKS GOING AROUD IN CIRCLES WITH THEM TO FILL MY ORDER. HORRIBLE COMPANY THAT SHE NOT BE IN BUSINESS BECAUSE CUSTOMERS ARE RISKING THEIR LIVES WAITING FOR THEM TO FULFILL LIFE SAVING ORDERS !!!!!!
