The experience has been less than favorable due to a degree of bait and switch Upon researching different companies we decided to go with Solare because of their initial analysis, product, and pricing Subsequently, their analysis was poor resulting in a system comprised of panels and not the 24-needed We made our decision based on their expertise and guidance having questioned their recommendation due to the fact that most homes in our neighborhood that are the same size and with roughly the same equipment, all had more than panels John was adamant that was all that we needed We have under-produced for the last years and will be looking at a $SDG&E bill this December I've reached out to them and they've come back with the all so obvious fact that we need to more panels We trusted them and they got our business and met their sales goal Unfortunately, we would have went with one of the other five companies who too offered great products but better pricing at or panels Live and learn and make sure you do your research
From when final arrangements were made, with Solare Energy Inc., until the system was up and running was about 10 weeks. But from the time the project manager contacted me to online was only 8 weeks. This was 2 weeks earlier then expected.
Once they got ready to install this system it went really FAST. The installation started on a Monday and was up and tested on Tuesday. They had the county inspector on site Wednesday and he approved the installation. On Friday SDG&E said it was okay to go online.
It was absolutely amazing how smoothly this process was. None of the nightmares, I read on the Internet, of people trying to get their solar installed by other companies.
I highly recommend Solare Energy Inc. to anyone looking for an honest reliable company.
My 10k solar system was installed on time with no muss or fuss. They answered all my questions and exceeded my expectations. They also do the P.A.C.E. program, (Property assessed Clean Energy) where the system you OWN is paid for with property taxes. Any time I needed to contact them, they got back to me almost immediately. Great customer support. Terrific, friendly installers. I highly recommend them to anyone who is considering Solar. I couldn't be happier! One of the deciding factors, was this website, where a complaint was filed and after reading what the company did to satisfy the complaint, showed me that this is a company I want to do business with! call me.
