I want everyone to know that this company is seeking to reap benefits from unknowing individuals trying their product on a FREE TRIAL. This happened to me and I would like to keep it from happening to other unsuspecting individuals who just want to lose a few pounds. PLEASE read this before ordering ANYTHING from this company. I ordered a "FREE TRIAL"bottle of 100% pure Garcinea Gambogia. My invoice indicated "free trial" sample. The web page indicated "FREE TRIAL" sample. Before, requesting the Free Sample, a button indicating "accept terms and conditions" came up which required checking before getting the trial sample. The exact terms and conditions were not clearly stated on that particular page. Exactly 15 days after receiving the product, I noticed that a charge of $87.53 from Boca Raton, Florida was processing vis a vis my on-line banking. So, I called Solaren Marketing to figure out what this was. I was told that I had exceeded the 14 day deadline to cancel the product by 1 day and that I was now on a revolving billing of $87.53/month for 1 small bottle of Carcinia Gambogia. What??? I discovered (for the first time) that I had 14 days to cancel the product for a 30 day trial. I was told that I agreed to this by pressing the "accept terms and conditions" button. Huh? Now I don't know about the rest of you, but it is pretty counter intuitive to conduct a 30 day trial in 14 days. The above referenced charge went out on the 15th day. When I tried to cancel the reoccurring shipment, I kept on being offered discount after discount until the fee was reduced from $87.53 to $19.99/month ongoing for the same small bottle of pills. I was firm in wanting to canel the product. I don't go for false advertising or unethical billing practices. I was not refunded my $87.53, although when I made a general stink about things, I was finally offered a $25% or $21.00 discount. To sum things up I paid $66.53 plus $4.95 shipping or $71.48 for one little bottle of pills that are sold online for $19.99. I figured that since this was the next installment of a reoccuring fee that I would at least get the next month's product, but alas, no. This was an "acceleration" of the "true value" of the 1 bottle I received. Horse puckies!!! This company is out to scam unsuspecting people of their money. Had I not been on line to look at the withdrawals from my account this ridiculous charge would have continued without hope of reimbursement. Shame of me for being misled by the "free trial." THERE IS NOTHING FREE THAT YOU WILL BE GETTING from this company, but a MASSIVE HEADACHE and a lighter wallet. Be smart STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
Had 1 trail offer of Garcinia Combogia, which I cancelled within 14 days. Received another bottle and was charged 87.53 for both bottles. Requested RMA 3 times and told them again to cancel this account. Finally got an RMA#, returned to address in Chatsworth CA. have not seen returned funds yet. Received another bottle 30 days later, this time told bank to rehold funds. Requested RMA twice. Finally got one today.... return address for this one is Willimgton DE.
Buyer beware do not under any circumstances buy from this company!!! I am out too much money and keep receiving the same junk from them. What a headache.
