They contacted me and said the boss said to replace the panels but we don't have the monocrystalline in stock would I accept polycrystalline
Even though they were currently selling the exact panel I returned I was told they didn't have it and would I accept the inferior panel, At this point afraid if I said no that I would get nothing, I believed it was my only option and said ok
I am still upset they had the same product that I returned and said they didn't have it, now my array is mismatched and doesn't produce the amount of energy it should, the inferior panels drag down the amount of power produced by the good panels
