We continuously receive calls from Chad at Solarmark Inc. demanding payment in the amount of $1139.95. He states the invoice listed Local Search Engine Optimization. We have never heard of this company. We do not advertise. We do have our own webpage that we set up and placed online through a different company. Chad continually refused to give me the address of Solarmark and tried to keep telling me we verbally authorized these services, but that he didn't speak to me, and that person he did speak to was authorized to make this agreement. Problem is, I am the only person that worked here at the time they state this "agreement" was entered into. Total fabrication and scam.

Review: We received a faxed invoice [redacted]from Solarmark Inc. in the amount of $1139.95. The invoice listed Local Search Engine Submission Plus. We have never heard of this company. We do not advertise on-line other than with Farm Publications that place their publication on-line with our ad in it. We do have our own webpage that we set up and placed online through our local phone company. One week after receiving the faxed invoice, we received a phone call wanting to know if invoice had been paid or when it would be paid. We stated we did not know of their company and had not placed order. The representative said he was with online yellow pages. We do not advertise with any online yellow page. We do not believe this company has done anything to benefit our Company and probably doesn't even know what our business is. We have and still are receiving faxed invoices from unknown companies claiming to list our business online. Most of these companies are based out of Canada with mail drops in the US. When you call their phone numer they never identifiy the company name just ask you to dial an extension.Desired Settlement: We would like this company to stop contacting us and void this invoice. The invoice we were faxed was dated 11/11/2013 due in 30 days and we received the fax Feb. 3, 2014.
