Being in business we last years we have not had any complaints like this one We appreciate our customers very much and take pride in all our work We would not purposely cause any damage to a vehicle as we care greatly of our reputation and work hard to have the company we have today, over 50, star reviews in the last year! This customer brought in his car on 10/17/dropped it off around 11:am, and after checking in and deciding on tint he left about pm, he parked his car about shops down from our front door, we then around 1pm brought his car in the bay from where he left it, unfortunately we did not do a inspection walk through with client of car as we usually do bx were busy at the time and this never happened before so we usually arent to strict about doing inspection walk thru before clients leave the car So after pulling in the car in bay we started working on the tint, as car was pulled in bay no damages happened Customer came back around -3:his car was still in the bay getting finished up, he sat in waiting room while his car was finishedTHen car was done about 4:20, customer paid with card (we have his recipt) at 4:pm, couple minutes after customer was asked if he would like to pull his car out of the bay he said NO, so our employee pulled car out and he drove away around 4: Half an hour later customer calls me the owner and leaves angry threatening messages stating we caused damage to his L front wheel and alignment, saying he will sue us and cussing on voicemail As I called him back he was very disrespectful and told him he did not have to talk to me in that manner I had my wife go back to shop to meet client and employee there as client said police where coming to file report My wife assured customer that if our employee had caused this damage we would cover cost to fix it, but that she was going to review of security cameras My wife also asked customer how far he drove home and he said to federal heights, which is about to minute drive depending where he live My wife also told him that her concern was he drove home and could of hit pot holes or curve on way home, and if he claimed that his alighment was off then why didnt he turn around at the light on 58th and washington back to our shop! my wife then again assured him we will take care of him if we caused damage, she talked to our employee that claims he never moved car from bay or hit any curves to cause this damage, My wife waited for police about hour and a half and never came, customer then said police told him they where to busy to come to shop So my wife gave him her info and he gave her his and said we had option to pay for his damages or get sued After reviewing our tape and asking our neighboors no one saw anything happening to his car But we did tell him if this was our fault we would fix he just spoke to us in a manner like we where not even human, I am still not 100% sure we caused this damage so I cannot say at this time I will cover all these expenses

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: they can deal with insurance and lawyerThe car was pristine when it was left with them and damages were done while in their possessionNo story has changed just more damage was uncovered once the adjuster had the vehicle and was able to wash the residue from the tint job offI have no reason to fabricate a storyGlad you're wasting money on a PI instead of just paying for what your company didHave them subpoena your employees cell phone records to see where he actually was that day Sincerely, [redacted]

as advised by our insurance and company lawyers this will be our last response and other issues need to be addressed to our lawyer, now Customer is changing story adding that both sides of car has damages and never mentioned before gas or mileage in car, we have a security system of cameras that show his vehicle never left the lot except when he drove home, Federal heights is not minutes from denver and there is highway or many roads with construction but we do want to say only reason we had to fire ojr employee is bx we as owners where not physically in the bay where is vehicle was parked and worked on, so it come to a him vs him situationOur employee denies causing or driving this car anywhere has even offered to pay and take lie detector test as this situation has cost him his job I have hired a private investigator and customer has already then to put law Suite on voivemail, here and has left other reviews saying we don't want to help, so our only option as of now is to wait and let his insurance communicate with our lawyer

I am rejecting this response because: it is inaccurateThe car was in perfect shape when left and had damage to the front passenger wheelAdditionally scratches are present down both sides of vehicleI also only live min awayIn response to why I drive home instead of turning around is that I wanted to look at what was wrong at my own homeI have turned this over to insuranceThey can handle the lawsuitIt's interesting that they say their employee did nothing yet I have a text saying they fired him because of thisThe car had 7/tank of gas when I dropped it off 3/when I picked it upI had driven a total of miles from when I bought the car and their were additional miles added while the car was at their shop.
Sincerely,

over 50, 5 star reviews in the last year!  This customer brought in his car on 10/17/16 dropped it off around 11:30 am,  and after checking in and deciding on tint he left about 12 pm,  he parked his car about 3 shops down from our front door,  we then around 1pm brought his car in the bay from where he left it, unfortunately we did not do a inspection walk through with client of car as we usually do bx were busy at the time and this never happened before so we usually arent to strict about doing inspection walk thru before clients leave the car..  So after pulling in the car in bay we started working on the tint, as car was pulled in bay no damages happened.  Customer came back around 3 -3:30 his car was still in the bay getting finished up, he sat in waiting room while his car was finished.. THen car was done about 4:20, customer paid with card (we have his recipt) at 4:33 pm, couple minutes after customer was asked if he would like to pull his car out of the bay he said NO, so our employee pulled car out and he drove away around 4:40.  Half an hour later customer calls me the owner and leaves angry threatening messages stating we caused damage to his L front wheel and alignment, saying he will sue us and cussing on voicemail.  As I called him back he was very disrespectful and told him he did not have to talk to me in that manner.  I had my wife go back to shop to meet client and employee there as client said police where coming to file report.  My wife assured customer that if our employee had caused this damage we would cover cost to fix it, but that she was going to review of security cameras.  My wife also asked customer how far he drove home and he said to federal heights, which is about 15 to 20 minute drive depending where he live.  My wife also told him that her concern was he drove home and could of hit pot holes or curve on way home, and if he claimed that his alighment was off then why didnt he turn around at the light on 58th and washington back to our shop!  my wife then again assured him we will take care of him if we caused damage, she talked to our employee that claims he never moved car from bay or hit any curves to cause this damage, My wife waited for police about hour and a half and never came, customer then said police told him they where to busy to come to shop.  So my wife gave him her info and he gave her his and said we had option to pay for his damages or get sued.  After reviewing our tape and asking our neighboors no one saw anything happening to his car.  But we did tell him if this was our fault we would fix he just spoke to us in a manner like we where not even human,  I am still not 100% sure we caused this damage so I cannot say at this time I will cover all these expenses.
