I bought this house with a year warranty which is transferredable and my roof is leaking called solar sheild they said they were too busy too come to my house to look at it they referred me to some guy named Brad I called him he said he would come over and he never did called solar sheild back never heard from them and it's been two weeks mean while my metal roof isleaking and ruinedin everything in my house thanks ***
Checked around with other Companies to get an estimate on a metal roof after much research on the different styles and qualitySome never returned calls others told me they were really busy because of Hurricane ( DUH really ) would get in touch with me laterSo that was pretty discouraging after doing all the research myself then no one to give a QuoteThis being said I called Solar Solutions, they told me they would be out to the house by the end of the week, which I was ShockedFrank came out around 2:pm and got on the roof and measured and drew a blueprint and measurements of complete roofHe explained the options which we told him we wanted it done right which was Pricey but the Old saying you pay for what you getHe told us to think about it not pushy at allHe said he had another appointment that he would come back to cover the roof with Blackjack tar after the appointment which it was about 6:pm now(Free of Charge even if you don't get roof done by him) We said it will be getting dark, he said that's why they have flashlightsAbout 8:pm the wife said it sounds like something on the roof, it was himThat sealed the deal for usHe said that we don't have to decided this quickBut we did and signed contract with the depositThe roof looks Great we got the metal shake shingles by Dura-Loc the job was done by a Very Professional Crew, the neighbors said their roofs were replaced by Cowboys and ours was replaced by Craftsmen which it took eight days to finish, cleaned up each night like nothing was being done hereOur Utility bills have gone down over percent which is great living in Florida air conditioner runs months a yearPlus the air does not struggle at allFiguring to replace it this year but it hardly runs and does not labor at allInsurance is cheaper by about percent but the neighbors all went up 25-percent plus we went from 2% deductible to $deductible so I would say it probably went down 45-50%We are Super Happy with the workmanship of the job done by the companies Great EmployeesThey are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by us

My pool screen was damaged from the roof installation the guys said they would come back and fix it I said ok I had no idea they way old invoice me 2,and hold my Warrenty hostage until I paid its only $in material they can have it back I'll evenDrive it to there office

Excellent! Outstanding! The best company I've ever hired. They responded immediately to all calls and e mails. The owner stayed on the job the entire time. It was nice to have the owner show up for the initial quote instead of salesmen who showed up from the competitors and did know much about their business. They were ahead of schedule and did not charge me any more than what was agreed to in the contract. They got the job done, cleaned up and were a pleasure to deal with.
I paid $35,000 for this roof and it has been leaking since day one. He came back a couple of time and tried to correct the issues but never could. Was informed by another roofer that he tried to save money by not providing the proper overlap between sheets of metal which is the reason for most of my leaks and the only way to resolve it is to take it all off get new metal and more of it and properly install it. He does not respond to calls emails at all have been trying for years now. But noticed this morning that we now have mushrooms growing out of the ceilings! DO NOT USE THEM
