Dear Revdex.com, In response to complaint [redacted] we believe this complaint should be deferred to New Power as the claims are regarding information given from the sales company, New Power (Dallin P [redacted] .) Solcius was not present during the SaleSolcius partners with independent funding companies that are often involved in financing the systems through leases or purchasing agreements and thus take ownership of the accountsHence, many of our customers interact with three separate companies as they go through the process of obtaining a solar systemThe sales company, the fund and Solcius the fulfillment and service company.In this instance, Mrs [redacted] was initially contacted by New Power, the sales company, after which Solcius provided the services to engineer and construct the systemMrs [redacted] also worked with Green Day PPA, the financing company that provided the option to obtain the system through financing rather than purchase with cashAfter which Green Day PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) having ownership of the financing now maintains the agreement and ultimately makes the decision regarding panels being added years after the original installationWe apologize for Mrs [redacted] ’s experience, however, Solcius cannot make any amendments to her agreement with Green Day as we do not own the agreementWe recommend that the customer reach out to Green Day for their options provided in their signed agreement Sincerely,Mona M [redacted] SrCustomer Service Manager

After researching the agreement it appears the customers usage has increased since going Solar, which seems to be the reason they are not seeing the savings they could be at this time. We will reach out to the Mayors to try and reach an amicable agreement.
