around the comer so she could have a place to eat and spend with her family, and an exchange of the damaged pieces would  ship as soon as possible. The Furniture was picked up directly from the manufacturer's warehouse which is located in [redacted], and was shipped to [redacted] where [redacted] resides. The freight company confirmed that the earliest they could deliver was by new year as a regular delivery takes 12-15 business days, and informed the customer. After reordering the living room set , the manufacturer advised the living room is out of stock and won't be ready for pick up until the end of January. We work with a third party to transport the furniture and after a claim is submitted a technician is sent to the customer's house to inspect and make a report on the furniture, due to the inspection of the furniture before putting the items in route and the days in transit it is not as easy to transport the furniture from one location to another in just a couple of days. After a technician visited the customer to inspect the furniture and after the photos the customer provided, it was determined she had minor issues with the furniture such as stains on the leather and some scratches. [redacted] was told that a new replacement for the dining base was going to be ship along with the missing crews and the handles for the bedroom set and a professional technician was going to take care of the other minor details. At no time, [redacted] was told she had to stay with furniture as is, as the Mansion Furniture was going to take action and resolve the issue. She was offered a professional technician to take care of the damages which the technician determined were minor and not complicated at all, however [redacted] refused to accept any touchups or repairs on the furniture that were not cracked or had any major issues even after the technician stated she was very particular about the furniture. Consequently, as a business that relies on customers we value our customers and work our best to keep every customer satisfY. We are currently working with [redacted] to select new sets and to ship all the items together at once.

It is our policy that the seller state any issues with the item at the time of consignment. Said customer did not state there were issues with lawn mower. We found out the issue and stated the truth. Said seller was also informed of our "RESERVE PRICING" Policy. He had the option. We run an auction,...

everything is auctioned. He could have put his mower on Craigslist for free.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  My description of the John Deere mower sold did not refer to condition.  It was listed by me as follows: "John Deere riding mower with bagger".  I made no comment about condition as the mower's good appearance needed no elaboration.  Therefore, I concluded the only reason for lack of bidding was solely the negative comment Sold4Uauctions added to the posting.

Have always been happy with the service and products at this site. One of the Best on-line local auction sites. Just compare them to other sites and you find this a great place to buy & sell.

My experience has not been good with items that I have bid on this site. I participated in roughtly 8 auctions at two different locations and three have not lived up to what I would expect with the business telling me tough luck.

1.) Issue was with a bed a purchased, when I got there there was no bed frame. I was told the frame wasn't. in the picture so tough luck. Lesson learned DO NOT TRUST the description on the site and DO NOT bid on anything you haven't loomed at.

2.) I bought an old radio that was advertised to work. Which drove the price quite a bit. When I got it home the only thing that actually worked was the light came on. I was told once again "tough luck" sold as is.

3.) I bid on a lot of magazines. There were a supposed to be a total of 6. I went to pick the lot up and there were only 5. I showed the lady working there thd picture from their website clearly showing the missing magazine and once again tough luck.

I believe I have given this business a fair shot.working with a different person on each occasion. I do not believe this business deserves any sort of endorsements. There are some good deals to be had but you take a gamble each time.
