We had an Employee that is no longer with us wait on this Customer There was a dollar necklace that was shown to the customer and my Employee said that they bought the necklace The Necklace is nowhere to be found It has been in the case for months and this lady asked to see the necklace saying her friend needed some luck in her life because it was a horse shoe necklace I was not present and my Employee insisted that they bought the necklace The Customer contacted me stating they did not purchase the necklace I refunded their money not knowing what the truth is and so ultimately I lost a very expensive necklace The Employee is no longer with my company She was with me for years and nothing has ever happened like this situation We have an excellent reputation This Customer has been writing nasty things on social media etc after they were refunded I did the best I could with the information I had
